Hi all, appreciate all the posts and information on this site....it has been very helpful! I have been researching this site and others trying to find a good answer on what to do.

My problem: Fiancé has moved. I called NVC to give new address and ensure they have my Fiancé's email....but they said it was too late and to call the Guatemalan embassy to update. I am concerned that we won't get the "official notice" to set up interview and instructions. NVC on CEAC says it's "ready"...but I am pretty certain it has not gotten "entered into the system" at the embassy. DHL shows(I am 90% certain) our package arrived at embassy at noon today.

Should I call the embassy immediately and get this changed? Will they be able to change/add info....even if they have not entered it into the system? We are in the process of filling out the ds130....but we don't want to "submit" until we know it's in their system or attempt to schedule a interview. Or do nothing, and update the ds130 and set up profile with correct info.

Based on the all the info i read....the fiancé is the only one who receives correspondence from the embassy. Not 100% sure that's true...but it's worriesome.

Looking for advice or if anyone was in this situation and what their solution was.

Thanks...it's been a very stressful and anxious ride!

I never recieved anything through the mail, or email. We had to call the service center non stop and then they sent us an email.. So don't bother changing the physical address just press for them to send you the letter and other documents through EMAIL, if it says it's ready just check your junk folder in your email, if nothing is there keep pushing on the service center
