CEAC updates- help!

I am very confused about what the CEAC updates mean... can you help???

We have been in Administrative Processing at the US embassy in El Salvador since August, 2013.

3-31-14 my fiancé's medicals were redone

4-28-14 passports were requested

4-30-14 passports sent in

5-02-14- CEAC updated to this date, but still Administrative Processing

5-06-14- CEAC updated to READY

5-07-14- CEAC updated to Administrative Processing (this time the case creation date changed to 5-07-14, when it used to say 5-03-13)

5-12-14- CEAC updated to READY

From everything I read, I thought that ISSUED would come after administrative processing.. now, I don't know what is going on??? anybody had a similar experience??

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

The cration date changed that is a good sign.

Thank you for this encouragement, but WHY did they change the creation date? and why is that a good sign? That is good news indeed, but I struggle to understand why they do all of this! :) Also, any ideas on the time frame? a week, several weeks, a month? thanks again!
