Story:

I'm currently studying in England (have already gone through a visa process but very different) and my course ends June but i will not be leaving until August time. Met my fiance here (orignally came over for my ex LD English boyfriend, did not work out after 6 months of physcially being together) but i found a new boyfriend and said i will never do LD again and hes perfect.

Anyways, we decided in January and got all our stuff together- took about a month of putting everything together and asking my mom if she would help, since i have not had a job in the past 2 years. She sent it in and should arrive today!

However i am worried because my mom currently does not have a full time job (a few part times) and we live in my grandmas house. She has enough money in savings/stocks and i have a small amount in savings from my previous jobs.

I have read that as long as they have enough in savings, we should be fine. Its still nerve wracking in anycase!

I found it hard to find all the information i needed to send in and had to send my mom another package from the UK just a week after because i checked once more if i had everything and i forgot 2 pictures.

QUESTION:

im not up to date with all the terms of the visa and the papers so if you could dumb it down for me... Once (if) we get approved for the 1-129 thing, will they send him a package with forms he needs to fill out?

When i applied for my student visa i had to fill something out online and pay for my visa then- will this be similar except the payment part? He doesnt believe in computers (and i turned into a control freak with this visa and actually did everything and he just signed some stuff) i will need to sort out where he can go to fill this out and print it. (i dont trust him to do it on time) If i could set his interview up and everything else i would!

Is there anything else i/he need to be expecting in this package?
