Hello,,

We are almost done filling everything in.

My fiance doesnt remember all his previous work places. He has worked at 7 places in the last 5 years. He worked at one for 3 years and then had a few jobs for 1 year. And has a fulltime job since last year again. does he really need to fill in all the jobs even if it was for a month?

he doesnt remember the months he started working there. This is about my us fiance.

Thanks

The VJ veterans will help you better here, but I think it's best to fill in all of the information on the forms, even if you have to add a supplementary page. If the question is for the petitioner, that is, if your fiance is from the US, he can just go to this IRS website ( http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript ) and enter his basic info (Name, Social Security Number, Birthday). Once he does this, he'll register for a login name and password, then proceed to the main page where he can download his wage and account information for the last TEN years. He can download his exact tax transcripts from the last FOUR years. The Wage & Income transcripts give him the addresses of his employers.

I'm guessing he filed his taxes for every job, of course, even if they were only for a month. All above-the-table jobs still issue W2s. I had a job for two weeks in high school and still had to file the W2--and I can download my W2 info from that job back in 2004 on this website.

Basically, he can get access to his information quite easily as long as he filed his taxes, so why not fill out the form as completely as possible? The experts here may say you're fine with only a few, though. I just usually follow the forms as closely as possible. Hope that helps :)
