Hello VJ'rs, I hope you all fine with all our visa journey.

I have some questions and I hope that someone can help me.

I had my Interview at Manila US embassy last April 3, and the consul told me that she can not issue me a visa yet, I need to submit them a copy of W-2 from my petitioner since the 1040 that we submitted was having a joint filing of the income tax. But the petitioner is the only one who is working presently for more than 3 years now. The packet was received last April 7, 2014 when I checked it online.

In addition to that, I checked the CEAC website that says READY when you will be having an interview. It said,

1. NVC will check submitted checklist and if all is fine u won't hear anything till case complete.

2. Yes they will email u and petitioner/attorney if case is completed.

3. Yes u Need to do medical exam @ st. Luke's in Manila. When u have ur interview letter you can take it with u to st. Luke's. Usually they do it a coupe of weeks before the interview it' all depends on u but don't do it too close to ur interview date.

Goodluck!

Love is an unexpected thing...and when it arrives grab it with all ur heart....it may pass u jsut once.......
