London Applications Behind Schedule?

On the U.S. Embassy's in London website, it states that: "As of April 07, 2014, we are processing petitions filed on March 06, 2014." I have filed mine on February 4th, but it was put in the system on the 7th. Does that mean, I will most likely have to wait another 4 weeks until NOA2? Looking at previous filings, most petitions were getting approved within 3-4 weeks. Have they fallen behind? Has anyone else filed their I-130 in London in January or February?
