Hi I am new to this site and would welcome some advice please.

My British citizen daughter met her USA husband in Nashville in 2010, they had long distance relationship for a while. He proposed whilst visiting uk in 2012, they married in the uk in March 2013. They live in uk at the moment but would like to move to USA, California in 2015. By that time their first child will be born. They intend to live with his family for a while, he has work lined up for himself. What do they have to do to get her an immigration visa and how long is this likely to take? Many thanks Gwenda
