Hello, I have already submitted my I-129F and got the first NOA. I'm trying to get ahead so I was already looking into the I-134. I have a situation I would like cleared up.

I currently work a seasonal job that lasts about 4-6 months a year. I do not meet the income requirements, but when I get married I plan to work year round.

I will obviously need a joint sponsor, so I contacted the consulate in Taiwan and they said they will accept one.

My dad said he will gladly co sponsor my fiancé, but he recently started a new teaching job and makes around $33000 a year. Before that he was unemployed/working odd jobs for a few years and did not meet the requirements.

Will this be enough to get my fiancé here?

I heard somewhere that you need 3 years tax returns. If this is true, then my dad will not have the proof.
