I am a march filler. We recieved nvc case number on jan 31 2014.

Received a aos fee with ds 251 choice of agent on feb 20. Paid on march 3 .

Received a payment fee for form ds260 iv packet. March 3 2014. Made a payment on march 15.2014

I dont think my attorney knows what he us doing. He has a secretary and she is filling out all the paperwork.

Should I hire a new attorney?.I signed a contract but the case is almost complete . He sent in the i601 waiver to uscis but did not send in the receipt from the ds260 application. Now it was rejected and I have to wait 30 days to receive the rejected 601 waiver...I hope I am explaining myself
