My mom's I-130 petition was approved 3 weeks ago so I figured I call USCIS. I called them asking about talking to NVC to get my case number but was told NVC will reach me by mail and inform me of what step to take. Any suggestions?

It took 20 business days for NVC to get my case number. I didn't wait for them to mail anything. I called.
