I have a question regarding the G-325A form

It says Applicants residence the last five years

Is it my permanent address in USA?

I’m currently over seas staying until my fiancée gets her visa.

And what about the next question...

Applicants last address outside the U. S of more than one year.

I have been in Chile since December 2012... But my home it’s in US.

Can someone clarify that for me??

It's EVERYWHERE you've lived in the last 5 years regardless of which country

It doesn't matter where your home is. It's asking for your last address outside the u.s of more than a year. If it's chile then that's your answer

Your need to list your residence for the last 5 years. Where have you lived in the last 5 years? You were in Chile since 2012 so put that down. You would also put that down for applicant's last address outside the US.
