Dear Friends,

I just arrived here 2 weeks ago with a K1 visa. Right now, I'm looking for a civil surgeon in Fremont or nearby areas that could transcribe the information from my DS-2035 to I-693A form. How much would it cost for the transcription? Does it include the cost of the shots needed (I should get a Td shot)? Should the transcription and shots be charged separately?

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some information about the questions I posted.
