I married my wife 01/01/2012. At that time my wife was LPR and I was on H1B.

I got my green card on 01/01/2014. My wife will be US citizen in 01/01/2015.

My question is when my 3yr residency clock starts from 01/01/2014 (time i got green card) or will it start from 01/01/2015 (time my wife became usc)?

You can only apply for naturalization based on 3 years' worth of residence when you have been married to a US citizen for all of those three years, so you cannot start counting 3 years from the date you got your green card. You can either wait 5 years from the date you became a permanent resident, or wait 3 years from the day your spouse becomes a citizen, whichever comes first. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how long you two have already been married.
