Hi all,

We just had our I-129 petition approved, and the NOA2 should be on its way to us here in Japan. In the meantime, we're starting to prepare documents.

Police certificate from the UK - ordered.

Police Cert. from Japan - will order soon

Birth Certificate - copy ordered from the UK (Is this needed?)

Health records - got a letter & vaccination record from the UK, signed by my doctor. Will I need anything else?

i-134 - as we live outside the country, we were going to the my fiance's parents as a co-sponsor.

We have a few questions:

1. Will we need an i-134 from both my Fiance and from her parent(s)?

2. The I-134 on the USCIS website is out of date - is there a newer version?
3. About 5 years ago, I had a lung operation to remove a benign tumor. I've made a complete recovery (years ago) and it's in no way a problem, whatsoever, these days. Will this cause problem with the medical?
Thanks!
