Yup, and I did not know they needed more info due to the email address being entered incorrectly. you have 90 days to get it all done and then have to refile if you time out, I was close, had been calling them for over a week before I got the info that they had done a RFE, they did not send anything to me Philpost but probably would not have gotten it anyways. For me it was a stamp in my passport they could not read so I had to go to the Bureau of Immigration to get a certified printout of my arrivals and departures, a 2 day event once again. All this due to a lazy person that did not wet his stamp when I came back from one of my visa runs. Just expect things to not go smoothly and add a few months on to your wait, then if all goes well you will be happy.
