hi Members,

Hope you all are well, Thanks in advance for reading my questions.Thanks for your info, here I have one question;

Last year, I filed 10,000 on my tax (2012), I need to sponsor( 2 people) my Father and mother. My household is 3 . If I have a joint sponsor who filed 60K(60,000) and his household is 4 and he sponsored only his mother this year, she has an interview in march 2014 .

Can he be a joint sponsor to qualify to sponsor my father and mother ? How many more person he can sponsor after my father and mother with his 60k income ?

Thanks.

Nad

Hi Aaron2020,

Thanks for your big help. No he has never sponsored anyone before. He only sponsored his mother this year (2013) and he will be the JS for my parents with the same year's income(2013). He has no one to sponsor in his family soon.

Is there going to be any problem since last year, I filed 10,000 (since my income is very poor) on my tax (2012) and I will get my friend as Joint Sponsor who filed 60K in 2012 ? Do my parents qualify with the JS to get visa ?

How do you calculate the combined household and combined income in JS case to qualify please teach me !

Thanks.

Nad.
