Send phone records going back at least two years, if you can.

Send emails going back at at least two years (not all of your emails, more than twenty would be overkill).

Scan envelopes and packages sent to each other in the mail so that they can see the dates on the postmarks.

If your camera automatically stamps the date on your photos, it would be good to send some of those.

From what year do you send the proof? If you knew each other ten years ago, then it would be great to send something from ten years ago!
