Dear All,

If anyone can answer?

What to write in country of domicile , USA or pk, while I write my address of Pakistan in all forms?? As I m living in Pak since long

Or should I use my USA address, but I can't show my domicile with USA address, as I m in Pak since long.??

Furthermore

I m USC, and wants to open bank account in usa while living abroad. Is it possible? If yes then which bank to follow.

Also please reply, if I open usd account in Pakistan with HSBC bank, would that work with I.864, showing my intention to move back to USA??

Or I have to open bank account in US.

If there is no option left other than to open account in Usa , then

After depositing funds, I have to pay tax or not? Will, IRS treat that as income.? While I m showing that as my saving account, coz, I have no income from salary or business , I will liquidate my assets to meet poverty requirement with x3 factor for 4 household size.

Response appreciated.

Regards
