Hello Friends,

I received my EAD last week and my online case status says my status is now for interview scheduling. It was updated a week ago.

Does anyone know how long it will take now for my interview to be scheduled in the Atlanta, GA office? I really wanna get over with this interview.

It depends on how busy the Atlanta office is, reading around it seems they are one of the busier offices. Your application will be sitting in a queue waiting for scheduling. You might want to read http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/454007-atlanta-aos-filers-and-time-lines-2013/

I see you got interview notice 17 days after you received your EAD. I received my EAD 13 days ago so I hope I get the interview notice very soon as well. I know mine is in Atlanta office so it will depend.

From the link you sent above, it seems the waiting period is about 4 months for my interview to be scheduled.

The timing for the interview is completely unrelated to the timing of the EAD/AP approval. Some people even get their EAD after their adjustment of status interview.

Spouse-based AOS from out-of-status H-1B, May - Aug 2012

Removal of conditions, Aug - Nov 2014
