Since my wife (entered with K1 visa) is not fluent in English, I have been helping her with filling out the I-485, I-131, and I-765. Also, to be honest, I have mainly filled out everything myself since I know her well enough to do it without having to ask/translate any questions to her.

Now, the I-485 makes her mark and sign whether or not she is fluent, so she is signing that she isn't and I am signing as her interpreter. However, should I also sign as the person that completed the form? For now I am thinking not, since I am her husband and not some lawyer and how would they know that I didn't translate every single question, but I want to make sure.

However, for both I-131 and I-765 it doesn't mention an interpreter. So in this case would she just sign both of the forms, or should I also sign as the person that completed the form? If I don't on these, I get the feeling that since she has already signed that she isn't fluent on the I-485 they would question how she filled out the form without help.
