Hi,

I came to the US with J1 visa then I switched to H1b petition (they challenged the filing but after providing more documents got approved) and I've been working with a small startup for 3 years, and in May they applied for my second H1b petition and got approved. Lately we got acquired by large technology company and now I need to go get my H1b stamp on the passport and visit my family. But looking at some information online they said there's a risk for H1b stamping for Jordanian citizens and I have my girlfriend here and I'm really worried if I was delayed for years, anybody have more informations or recommendations really will help. (Note: I only have the J1 visa stamp on my passport)
