Hello everyone,

So we're moving along really quickly with this process (which makes me so happy!) and now we're preparing to get all of the documents together for my fiancé's interview in London. I'm a college student here in the U.S. with no income, so my mother is going to be sponsoring my fiancé. Since I do not have an income and therefore have never filed taxes, am I also required to fill out form I-134? My mom's income is sufficient for both I-134 and I-864. I have tried looking this same question up elsewhere and have seen answers going both ways, so in order to avoid confusion I thought I'd just come and ask here since everyone has seemed to be very helpful.

Thank you all so much!
