hi, does anyone have information on how long ( and the steps ) once I601 visa waiver has been approved, and I-130 needs to be completed.

our I130 has been approved, just waiting to recieve letter from USCIS in the mail - and to be contracted by london embassy I guess. what happens after that?

specifically, would anyone know about 'job transfer' requirement. our councelar officer ( in london, a year ago ) told us that "job transfer letter" will be required as final step to complete I-130.. as I understood this is to prove uSA re-domicile . what kind of job letter is required? ( the only info I have is "job transfer" ok, "job offer" not ok ) anyone have examples of letters or their experience? is anything else acceptable as proof of re-domicile, such as a lease taken out in USA..? how long is generally given to produce the job transfer and execute it?

thank you!!
