done with my medical at st lukes extension. heres some advices i can guve you

- if you dont have a baby book or immunization record, go to any pediatrician and ask for an adult vaccination and present the list of vaccination needed. i had all my vaccinations done prior to medical. it made my second day a lot faster since i didnt have to comply for my vaccination. it will cost u a few thousand pesos but never the less it will somehow shortens the process in slec. make sure that the adult vaccination record has your doctors signature, license number and a certificate coming from your doctor that you have complied with all immunization requirement. i sat down for less than 3 minutes for my immunization on the second day since im done with my vaccination.

- for those who already completed their hepab vaccine, make sure to secure a copy of your hepa profile, quantitative

- i also requested my doctor for an advance xray so justin case somethign is wrong, il know ahead but good things its negative. slec only accept previous xray of 3 months old. earlier than that, they will not ask for it.

- make sure to photocopy your adult vaccination record if you have one.

- always bring a pen, black ink

- be early. i went to slec ata round 5 am and alot of people are already lining up.

- use the stairs instead of the. elevator .most patient who are positive for sputum are using the elevator.

- bring atleast 4 2x2 pic and write your. ame at the back.

- boys dont need urinalysis. girl do,

- i ws able to ask the med tech and she told me, blood test is only for syphilis and complete blood count. ni hiv test, no hepatitis test.
