Hi everyone! I just received my visa packet. I just want to ask about my case because I'm a beneficiary of Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). I was allowed to expedite my case before I turn 21. So now I have my visa. The expiration date reflected would be this coming April 17, 2014 and I'm turning 21 this coming Dec. 8, 2013. What should I do? Do I need to go US before my 21st birthday? or I need to travel before my visa expires? I'm the principal applicant. Thank you so much in advance. I really need your experience and professional advice. God bless everyone and keep safe.

Hello temmyg! I'm also a beneficiary of CSPA (saw through the visa packet xD) and I also have my visa BUT I am now 21 years old. T.T I attended the PDOS last November 6 and I asked the speaker there if I will meet any problems in my POE and he said that it is not a problem as long as I got my visa when I was 20 years old and I should enter the US before the visa expires. If something will come up when I go there next week, I'll let you know. :)
