Hello everybody,

I am a little confuse on question 7 on the I-134, I made a little more than double of the poverty line last year. I was searching other posts here and was a little confused about question 7. Just to clarify if I made more than the poverty line, do I need to show other (personal property, the reasonable value) and my real estate value?

You made double on your ITR, guess you are okay but you still need to provide current pay stub, employer letter stating that you are permanent employee.

What matters to the eye of CO are what you are currently making and if you are able to support the beneficiary when he/she move to U.S.

Hope that helps

Janice is right; letter of employment, pay stubs, tax transcripts...all absolutely necessary! I am far beyond the guideline, but also chose to include all documents pertaining to any and all liquidable assets...just to be safe.

Good luck, Jim!
