Hey all,

We're planning to send the I-130 early next week. Everything is ready and organized.

However, we have a couple of questions to make sure we don't get RFEs.

1. We both leave abroad and have our apartment lease contract in a language different than English. The contract is 10 pages long and contains mostly irrelevant legal stuff. We have translated only the sections that say the important information (rent cost, dates, the leaser and our names). Is that OK not to translate the entire document or shall we put the time to translate the whole thing? We marked the relevant translated sections.

2. In the I-130, question 17, we put only the beneficiary name. Do we need to put N/A or None or leave blank for the rest of the lines?

Also, any other tips before we submit it.

Thank you.
