my sister is ready to apply for her naturalization via 5 year residency.her question is her first name i her birth certificate is diff from the name in all her documents..birth certificate has annotation that theperson in bc and the name she is using are just one person.when sh applied for her 10 year greencard she forgot to place the other name use in the form. the questin is will ahe have a problem when she applied for her maturalization? thank you

when she fills the N400 she has to include that in the other names used section, when in interview she can tell the officer that it was an honest mistake and she forgot to include that in I751 form. Good luck.
