NVC packet 4 finally completed but have a question

Hi VJ Friends,

I am the petitioner and i have received an email from NVC saying they have received all the necessary documents and it is now complete. They said we would be notified as soon as an interview date is available. Does anyone know how soon after one receives an email like this do they normally find out when the interview date has been scheduled?

Also, i am going thru a lawyer and they have filled out the applications and necessary documents. While visiting my husband over the weekend, he has "remembered" he had enterred the USA many years ago (approx more than 15years ago) on a special 12 hour permit via the El Paso border. He was part of a music group and they had an event to go play at and he said they only gave them a 12 hour permit just to go play there and return. He said they only used their identification and not a visa. He said everyone turned in the permit upon returning back to Mexico.

My worry is i don't know if at one point up to this stage where we are at if there was a spot anywhere on the forms where we would have had to state the "first date of entry to the usa". Does anyone know? My husband needs a waiver and i know on this part he has to state all his entries and exits and we will state it there but i am just worried that all the forms we have sent already has the incorrect date.

I already a left a message for the lawyer but you know it takes a while for them to get back to you and this is driving me crazy.

Any thoughts?
