We received our NOA2 on October 1 and we are getting together our paperwork but I have a question about the police certificate.

I have read that you need a police certificate from every place you have lived for more then 6 months since the age of 16.

My fiance is living in Finland and has lived there for 13 months now, we have already applied for that one, but he is a Nigerian national and has lived there up intil he went to Finland. He tells me that they don't really keep any kinds of records like that and now that he is not there how would he go about getting one.

I would really appreciate any advise in this matter

Thank you

Hello Everyone,

I'am reposting this because I didn't not get any replies, but I really need everyones help. We received our police certificate in less than a week for Finland but if we have to get one from Nigeria I don't know what we are going to do.
