Case Status - Need Clarification

Is there an estimated time in which a case status takes to move from the inital review stage?

What is NOA1 exactly? Is this the first letter of notice recieved via mail describing how our case will be processed?

Following this " Initial Review" we would either recieve an RFE or the NOA2?

I'm just trying to wrap my head around all this, Thanks in advance for all your guidance.

estimate between noa1(inital review) to noa2 is 5 months but is moving rapidly at the moment.
