At a fundraiser Monday night for Terry McAuliffe, Huma Abedin was seen escorting the glitterati of D.C. to the event — including Paul Begala, James Carville and John Podesta - to raise money for the Virginia governor hopeful.

Hillary Clinton hosted a fundraiser Monday for longtime loyalist Terry McAuliffe, the pair pictured together in 2008. McAuliffe is running for governor of Virginia with the Clintons' support.

Hillary Clinton didn't let the government shutdown get in the way of a good party Monday night, inviting darlings of the Democratic Party to her swanky D.C. digs for a fundraiser for Terry McAuliffe.

Swarms of beltway insiders flocked to Clinton's home in support of the longtime loyalist as he runs for governor of Virginia against Republican Ken Cuccinelli.
