hello everyone thanks for your advise firs of all and for sharing... well iam a usc getting a visa for my husband which already went through all had an intervie Dec 3. 2012 in Cdj got denied aked for waiver filed waiver in march 9 2013 got approved on Sep 8 2013 consulate asked for new medical.exams nd passport mailed them.through dhl services on Sep 24 husband recieved a call from consulate on Sept 26 syaing his visa was ready but they needed him to sign a military card or form something like that but he had to go back to the consulate in cdj. They said the were to call hin back with more info still haven't. Recieved any news. Checked online and it says. REFUSED
