RFE still no show

Nope, ISTILL have not received it. And I thought it was the whole mailing thing, but I received the letter when I was transferred to a different office. So why is my RFE still missing ? I've come to the conclusion that it was never sent.

Since its been 2 months now, instead of another service request ..I was told to email TSC about a follow up and include all the dates and referral numbers of each call I've made.

I also have 2 congressman working on it..supposably anyway. Cus I haven't heard from them either.

I had an infopass tomorrow and received a call earlier that they will be closed and I should reschedule. Thing is I won't be able to for another week which really sucks. Wish someone would just tell me what's up.

Anyway, we have sort of lost hope with the petition and plan on just waiting till January to go directly to the embassy in his country with all our documentation and request the visa.

Seems so much more simple. We know a handful that have done so.

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

Thank you and apparently I will :D . Today my status once again changed to " on September 25, 2013 a request for evidence was sent....." I'm so happy. I am here all hopeful again. Do you know how long RFE hardcopy take to be delivered ? Since my first one never made it lol. I don't know

I would say a week to get from texas to boston? My noa2 got here in about 3 days and i live in texas
