However I know there will be additional documents dat have. I dont think I made my question clear. I understand the documents needed at this point but I want to confirm all documentation is just needed for interview and my fiance is the beneficiary but I'm going to fill out the documents for jim. Since I'm traveling to see myvfiance this weekend I just want to know if he would need any of those forms prior to the inter view becuase it would be cheaper to take them witj me opose to mail ing them off to him at a later date.

Anything you need to take which is for example his birth certificate legalized dated within the month of the interview, his pictures, passport, and his police certificate also dated within the month of the interview, anything else is just the copy of the petition you sent in , all the noa letters you received from uscis, also an updated intent to marry letter dated within 30 of your interview date. I would take everything with you when your ready to go fly back for the interview. you can't do anything until you have the date of the interview. if you want while your there he could apply for his passport, and take all the pics he needs for the passport, interview and for the medical.
