Last august my brother received the noa2 for his wife petition PD: april 12,2013 (f2a) today, he received the invoice fee bill for AOS,we are just wondering there is no ds-3032 choice of agent form now. How can we send the choice of agent form? Is it online now? I hope you can help me fellow Vj'ers.

Login to this site https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx using your case number and invoice identification number provided to you by nvc. When you are able to sign in, you will see a choice of agent form (ds261, previously known as the ds3032). You will have to fill it up online. Usually, it is the beneficiary who needs to fill it up. I hope this helps!
