Hi! Have you heard anything from the NVC? Do they have your case already? From which service center were your I-130 processed?

MangAntipolo so far NVC said they didnt receive it yet so im going to call USCIS today and ask where my Case are now.. have you heard anything about your case? lets update each other... you're just 1day ahead of me in NOA2

MangAntipolo, I just called the USCIS 2nd tier person and told me that my case was sent already to NVC but they sent it by Batch so the estimate for NVC to incode my Case in the system will be last week of October or if im Lucky early October... so lets cross our finger for Good News this October...happy.png

Good for you. I also spoke with a tier 2 agent earlier. She made a service request for CSC cause she can't locate my husband's files (huhuhu!) but I got an email reply from CSC few hours after. It says, "On August 29, 2013, your I-130 petition was approved and will send to the National Visa Center soon.". Wish you all the best! Please please please keep me posted in your journey.
