Already have OPT, should I "re-apply" I-765 again as I apply for I-485?

Hello,

I'm under F1 status, and now on OPT. Graduated college, and married to USC.

My spouse and I are filing I-485, I-130, I-131.

My question is

"should I go head REAPPLY for I-765 again even though I have OPT right now, and is still valid?"

I mean, what would be the choice?

1) Reapply I-765, and get new EAD

2) make copy of current OPT card, and attach

3) Just don't do anything, since they are not asking about OPT

If you are/were in similar situation, your advice/help would be appreciate it.

Thank you in advance.

If you like, you can continue to use your existing EAD.
