please answer this question

I called uscis number because my RFE hardcopy has not arrived yet, they sent it july 9.

A request was sent and I am have to receive it in 15days or less.

My question is.....should this new request appear online ? Or it doesn't matter ?

I just want to be sure it was put in. Or a should I call and ask to confirm

service req takes 30daysto be finshd... i called uscis twice but they were like service req takes 15 days nd other time i called them i talked with Tier2 nd that guy was like it takes 30days its been 66 days i havn't even recievd notcie yet they sent me :s my advice is to wait another 15days in order to request new service req cuz they will tell you same thing if you call them before 30days

I wasn't told anything about a service request though. I was just told "I'll send a notice to your service office. You should receive it in 15days. If you don't, call us back"
