I'm an American citizen living abroad and will have another residence. Thinking to go back to US will it be easier to file for my wife?

If you're already married and living abroad, there's really very little difference or advantage of returning ot the US to apply for a CR-1 visa. I'm currently abroad and living with my family while we await their visas, though I've maintained all of residency things in the US, registered to vote, bank accounts, etc. I've seen varying opinions on the matter, but most say that USCs abroad receive priority, but kind of doubt it. One thing to consider is if your case gets transferred from the NBC to your local office if you're in the US can drastically slow down your process, so check your local office's backlog where you're intending to move to.
