how do you know when visa is issued?

Hi everyone!

Yesterday my husbands visa was issued but as of right now all that it says on the CEAC website is ready. I called DOS a lil bit ago and I was told that it was under review and waiting for a decision and that it was under AP. Is this normal? Will CEAC show something different by monday? I was just really hopng to have him leave with me! Any help is greatly apreciatedl. Thank You in adavnce!

Administrative review? If so this is normal. You will probably get it Monday or Tuesday.

update! I just checked domex website and it now says document in transit from the consulate! I hope that means something good!

You should receive it by Monday or Tues once it say in transit it's on it's way we got our in three days it was ready..

My wife lives in Dominican Republic and I send her a "phone recharge" every week, so that she can have minutes in her phone to call me and use internet for Black Berry Messenger. When I purchase the Phone recharge" I get a receipt of payment, Can I show that receipt as "Evidence" in the future??? Thank you in advance!
