At least, I think it's Packet 3 I'm thinking of. My fiancee will be going to the Jakarta embassy in Indonesia fairly soon. She's doing her medical check up today. She will be taking all sorts of forms to the embassy for her interview. For a long time now, she's been under the impression that she needs to bring copies of forms we sent to USCIS a long time ago. Such as copies of the I-129f packet, NOA1, NOA2 and the RFE. I went to my lawyer today to ask for those copies.

He was confused as to why I'd need those, because all of the immigration cases he took didn't ask for such things before. He didn't bother to make copies of everything as a result, and I didn't make copies either; since I was relying on my lawyer to take care of everything. He gave me the originals and I made copies from what he had. So now I have just the I-129f form, the RFE, the NOA1 form my government mailed to him (I wasn't sent an NOA1 to my address), my NOA2 and my lawyer's NOA2.

For those who have knowledge of what the Indonesian embassy wants for this stage of the process, are these copies even needed? If so, is this all I need?

Thank you for any help.
