I-864/I-864A for Joint Sponsors- I need your expertise.

Hello Everyone, I am posting here for my mom. She is living with me. Mom is petitioning my brother under F2a. We are waiting for the NVC case # but we are now working on the I-864 to get ahead. My mom never work since she got here so her income is zero. Because of that she needs a Joint Sponsor which is me. According to the I-864 instructions Page 9, as joint sponsor I also need to submit Form I-864. But my question are:

Do I also have to submit form I-864A on the top of I-864?

Also, my husband would be the co-sponsor, Does he have to submit I-864 or just Form I-864-A.

Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
