Im not sure if im posting at the right forum, but if anyone reads it please help.

We got our NOA2 May 28, 2013 then it was sent to NVC the next day, after 2weeks of waiting from NVC they assigned us a wrong CASE NUMBER because of the stupid USCIS fault. Instead of MNA ( Manama Bahrain) they assigned us MNL ( Manila) My fiance is currently in bahrain for the past 8years!

After calling NVC many times, every time we call they keep on asking if we sent them the info they need to update address. It sounds to me like these people that answers the phone is not any less as stupid as USCIS call agents.

Please share if you know any way we can do to get our case solve pleaseeeeeeeeee!

thank you
