I was given this sealed envelope, xray cd & vaccination records today. I came back to st lukes to complete my vaccination. Tdap was not available on my 2nd day of medical. I read that others did not receive the envelope & some like me received them.. Does anyone know why they give the envelope to others?

The SLEC website says 'In most cases, only the passport, CD of Chest X-ray, and Vaccination Documentation Worksheet are given to the applicants." You already have your immunizations so you should be good. Maybe they wanted to double check something and are required to put it on paper. Don't worry too much, just bring that envelope to your interview and let us know how it goes :)

You're welcome! <3 btw, I was curious about that too and called SLEC. They said that's just a copy of your immunization record and is nothing to worry about. Your medical results have already been forwarded to the embassy and was just missing the immunization records (since they didn't have Tdap at the time). Just hand it to your interviewer so your medical files are complete energy.gif
