Dear All,

thank you so much for this amazing forum, i see its very helpful and POSITIVE to others , and I wish to give me your advice in my complicated case :

My two years (conditional) Green Card Experienced while Iam with my american husband outside the States (pregnancy situation)

& "while we are still OUTSIDE the States" my husband filled (IR 1 ) , so I can return to the States with him and the two kids, (This was in Feb. 2013).

Now (June 2013) the USCIS sent me a letter on my american address in CA saying that "I did not re-new my green card, and they will cancel it" ?????????

My questions are :

1- IS that cancellation for the green card consider as a "NORMAL/ Usual procedure" to start changing for my new status ??

2- is it a negative sign that they are going to refuse my form??

3- Are they going to add this "need to be deported" to the record - which is very bad mass ?? while Im already OUTSIDE the States.

4- do i need a lawyer ???

pleaseeeeeeee advice. Im so confused and my family life is upside down cause of these bad news.

thank you so much. and waiting for your reply.

soha
