Just a quick 2 questions...

1: with the I-134 do I need to supply a birth cert for the co-sponsor? It does not say on the instructions for the form. (maybe I am missing it )

2: Has anyone tried to have themselves as the main earner through child support?

I get $36000 a year in child support and have not only the divorce papers to confirm this but bank statements showing I got that for the last 4 years and a noterised letter from my ex-husband stating he will continue to pay for all children until the age of 25. My Fiancé has submitted a I-134 but he only earns $20,000 a year (we will be a family of 6) and he will be on that until he finishes college next year.... so I have also gotten a co-sponsor incase they do no accept that I can support myself. 100% of the poverty guidelines is $31,590 and 125% is $39,487.

Ok I am rambling but with 18 days till the interview I am a bag of nerves and have always believed that if we get refused it will be over the financial requirements.
