Question about Birth certificate and Cenomar:
My mother's name in my birth certificate is Christie which is suppose to be Christine like what is written in my Cenomar. Do you think US Embassy Manila Philippines will accept affidavit of amendment for that? Response will be highly appreciated :) Thank you everyone

I would have the birth certificate corrected.

According to NSO, here is how you can have your mother's name corrected.

Honestly, I don't know if they will accept that. Perhaps someone else with more experience in this area will chime in. Sorry.
