I keep moving with my current job (Being a contractor). So I was thinking to use a Post Box address for communication with NVC. Then it will be hard to answer some of those questions in DS230, like what address Petitioner is living currently? or what address the beneficiary will stay when she comes to usa etc?

In this case I was thinking to use a different address to communicate with NVC, that's my friends address. But his address is in a different state than the address I'm using to communicate to NVC now.

Changing a address to a Different state have any impact on the process at all? Does it depend on state?

Or Is it preferable to use the same address what is used to communicate with USCIS?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Your communication with NVC will be through email... They won't send you any hardcopies through snail mail, like USCIS does. It doesn't matter if you change your address, just make sure you put the updated one on the DS230 when you mail in the IV package. Keep in mind this will be the address her SSN and green card will arrive to.

Thanks.

So, NVC does not work by area of jurisdiction? I mean how USCIS work like (California service center, Vermont service center etc?)

Nope. The only thing that happens according to location is when the interview is scheduled, because the wait on a date depends on what embassy the beneficiary is going through and how busy it is at the point in time. As long as you give the rep your email addresses when you call for your case number, all correspondence will be through email.
