So me and my fiance have been doing really well collecting all our paper work for Packet 3 from the Naples, Italy office but we are confused about the DS-154 fee. The Packet which seems outdated talks about the BNL receipt of the Nonimmigrant visa but there are several you can pay. Is it the regular tourist visa fee of 128 euro. We want to do this asap, ClockWatch2.gif anyone know? Anyone have a case at the Naples office that already did this that could help us out. Thanks content.gif

Hi,

Confused about your question but if I am right thinking you are asking about visa fee you need to pay for the K1 visa interview then this may help:

Info from http://italy.usembassy.gov/visa/iv/faq-immigrant-visas.html

All K-1 and K-3 visas must pay a $230US immigrant visa application fee. The K-1 and K-3 fee may be paid at the U.S. Consulate General Naples on the day of your interview.

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

When you go to the BNL, make sure you bring along the form required (it's mentioned in the instructions in Packet 3), and tell the clerk you're paying the fee for a K1 visa. They will know how much is it (it's different than the fee for other types of non-immigrant visa). Good luck!

Just double checked as I didn't remember it all very accurately. Here's what I did:

After reserving my appointment at the Consulate by calling the Visa Information Service (as per instructions in Packet 3), I got a confirmation email (Packet 4, I guess) that also explained how to make the payment. I printed this email and brought it to a BNL agency to pay the fee. Yes, the reference (Azienda 29 etc) is correct.

Good luck!
